Requirements

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience with a portfolio that showcases pacing, hooks, and emotional arcs.
• Mastery of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• A proven track record of meeting tight deadlines with high-quality, polished output.
• Solid understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and sound design.
• Experience with text-based editing tools like Descript.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced workflows using tools like Runway and CapCut.
• Knowledge of automation tools for content repurposing.
