Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on technical experience as an engineer.
• Experience in Identity & Access Management, Fraud prevention, Payments, or Monetization.
• Proficient in stakeholder communication in English.
• Experience with observability practices for business-critical systems.
• Ability to influence and mentor teams across multiple organizational structures.
• Experience initiating and driving technical projects.
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD) is a plus.
