Chief of Staff - Medical AI Software - Remote

Overview

The goal is to prevent vision loss and ultimately blindness by developing AI software that assists ophthalmologists in therapy planning for their patients. We use computer-based deep learning models that have been trained on thousands of cases and millions of images to predict disease progression, individualize therapy, and improve clinical outcomes.

In Short

• Own and optimize core operations including finance, accounting, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects and coordinate market entry initiatives.

Requirements

• Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude.
• Exceptional communication abilities with experience managing relationships with stakeholders.
• Operational excellence in streamlining workflows using spreadsheets and project management tools.
• Proven experience in managing complex initiatives across teams.
• Fluent in English (C2) and proficient in German (B2-C1).
• 2+ years of relevant working experience in startup, VC/PE/M&A, or consulting.
