Product Manager - Medical AI Software - Remote

Overview

The mission of this role is to prevent vision loss by developing AI software that assists eye doctors in therapy planning. The Product Manager will be responsible for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of the medical AI software.

• Willingness to travel for conferences and key account visits.
• Experience in startups and knowledge of ophthalmology imaging is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI regulations is beneficial.

Requirements

• Structured working style with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1+).
• Practical experience in healthcare with a focus on ophthalmology.
• Willingness to travel approximately 2 days/week initially.
• Preferred degree in Medicine, Medical Technology, Computer Science, etc.
• Experience in startups is a plus.
• Knowledge of ophthalmology, particularly OCT imaging.
• Familiarity with practice software (PACS, PVS/KIS).
• Understanding of AI and AI regulations (AI Act).
