Overview

As Marketing Strategist – Demand & Pipeline, you’ll build and execute campaigns that connect our product to the people who need it — across channels, regions, and funnel stages. From paid media and events to partnerships and customer stories, you’ll shape how DNL shows up in the market and feeds the sales engine.

This is a high-ownership, individual contributor role with cross-functional impact — and the potential to grow into a leadership position as we scale internationally.

In Short

• Run integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• Design initiatives for different funnel stages and ICPs.
• Build repeatable, localized campaign frameworks.
• Collaborate with Sales and BizDev to understand market priorities.
• Translate ICPs into relevant, channel-specific messaging.
• Define and track funnel metrics.
• Design A/B tests and analyze performance data.
• Oversee the creation of campaign content.
• Coordinate digital and in-person moments for visibility.
• Tailor activities by geography or segment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation.
• Familiarity with expanding into new geographies.
• Comfortable navigating dashboards and segmenting data.
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel growth tactics.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
