Solutions Engineer - Global Payroll - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Consultant, for Global payroll, will partner directly with the Deel’s Global Payroll go-to-market and internal teams for success.

In Short

• Work directly with go-to-market teams to showcase the value of Deel’s Global Payroll Platform.
• Consult with prospective customers to assess their current payroll practices.
• Act as the technical voice during sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to advocate for prospect needs.
• Stay up-to-date on global payroll legislation and trends.
• Support Partnership & Marketing led initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant.
• Experience in Global Payroll or HCM organization preferred.
• Understanding of HCM and ERP payroll integration.
• Outstanding presentational skills.
• A collaborative, team player is essential.
