Senior Deal Desk Operations Associate, PEO - Remote

Overview

The Senior Deal Desk Operations Associate, PEO will play a pivotal role in scaling Deel’s fast-growing PEO business by acting as a trusted partner to our Solution Consulting and Sales teams.

In Short

• Support day-to-day PEO deal operations.
• Partner closely with PEO Solution Consultants and Sales.
• Own operational workflows for RFP coordination and spend tracking.
• Monitor and improve pre-sales documentation quality.
• Surface operational blockers and lead initiatives for improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Product, Legal, and Billing teams.
• Assist in building and refining tooling for PEO deal cycles.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Operations or similar roles.
• Familiarity with PEO, benefits, HR tech, or payroll operations.
• Experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools.
• Analytical mindset and comfort with Excel/Sheets.
• Background managing RFP workflows and documentation validation.
• Experience supporting field teams with high-quality execution.
