Risk Analyst - Operational Risk Management - Remote

Overview

The Risk Analyst will play a hands-on role in supporting the execution of the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) at Deel, a leading payroll and HR platform for global teams.

In Short

• Assist in the day-to-day application of the Operational Risk Management Framework.
• Contribute to ensuring policies, procedures, and guidance are accessible and practical.
• Coordinate scheduling, data collection, and documentation for RCSAs.
• Support facilitators during workshops by preparing materials and documenting outputs.
• Collect and validate data for KRIs, maintain KRI dashboards and escalate breaches.
• Track open issues and follow up with owners for updates.
• Produce draft risk dashboards, trend analysis, and reporting packs for review.
• Ensure reporting is consistent, accurate, and delivered on time.
• Assist with documenting operational risk considerations for change initiatives.
• Research and summarise external developments and emerging risks.

Requirements

• Strong background in operational risk, audit, or related functions.
• Hands-on experience with ORM programs including RCSAs, KRIs, and others.
• Strong attention to detail and experience managing structured risk data.
• Good analytical skills with ability to identify patterns and trends.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ORM, CRISC, FRM) desirable but not required.
