As a Payroll Specialist at Deel, you will oversee the processing of payroll data for employees, ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations while maintaining accurate employee records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
• 3+ years of experience in payroll or a related field
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
