Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of payroll experience in Germany.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll software.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Experience managing payroll technology.
• Experience in multiple jurisdictions is a plus.
