We are seeking a Payroll Expert to join our Payroll team. The ideal candidate will play an essential part in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing specific to each country.

• Evaluate and select relevant software for running payroll.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll.
• Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports.
• Own all critical local payroll and HR processes.
• Schedule payroll expenses collections and reconcile collections.
• Assess and improve rapid growth processes and procedures.
• Stay informed of local regulatory and policy changes.
• Work cross-functionally to provide expertise on payroll matters.
• Answer complex payroll and HR related questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of payroll and HR experience.
• Strong working knowledge of local regulations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Experience managing technology and payroll providers is an advantage.
