Paid Search Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Paid Search Manager at Deel, you will be the subject matter expert for Paid Search channels in North America, overseeing all day-to-day operations of SEM campaigns to drive acquisition and performance.

• Manage SEM campaigns across Google AdWords, Discovery, and Bing.
• Collaborate with the Director of Performance Marketing and regional managers.
• Monitor search performance and implement optimizations to meet Growth KPIs.
• Test and iterate on campaign structures and bidding strategies.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to tailor messaging.
• Develop ad copy and landing page tests with the copywriting team.
• Understand product offerings to optimize keyword targeting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams for campaign success.
• Manage relationships with external search vendors.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing SEM accounts for B2B brands.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools.
• Data-driven with experience in setting up performance dashboards.
• Proven track record in acquisition and revenue impact.
• Strong relationship-building skills for collaboration.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
