Manager, Paid Search - Remote

Overview

The role sits within the WEM Philips Performance Media team and involves working closely with our 17 markets across the region to enable the next phase of business and digital transformation for Philips. You will work with and report into the Senior Manager, Paid Search, and work in collaboration to the wider performance team to ensure the client business objectives are met.

• Lead BAU Paid Search activity across the region for Personal Health for Philips.
• Deliver best-in-class Paid Search strategies and execution.
• Plan and deliver strategies across branding, performance media, and ecommerce.
• Define ways of working for WEM Paid Search.
• Partner with clients to deliver their objectives.
• Drive a holistic approach to performance media.
• Line manage Executives/Senior Executives.
• Responsible for learning and development of team members.
• Lead overall channel delivery processes and QA.
