Requirements

• 3+ years in an enablement, training, or onboarding manager role.
• Minimum two years experience in a payroll-focused role.
• Training or degree in learning and development.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
• Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
• Able to create engaging multi-media content and presentations.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving goals.
• Experience in the fast-paced technology sector.
