AU Bookkeeping Manager - Remote

Overview

The AU Bookkeeping Manager will lead a team of bookkeepers, ensuring accurate financial reporting and managing client relationships while working in a remote environment.

In Short

• Collaborate with bookkeepers to review and direct their work.
• Provide weekly bookkeeping support to clients.
• Deliver monthly Profit and Loss statements to clients.
• Perform key balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage and develop client relationships through effective communication.
• Identify areas for process improvement.
• Implement and train new clients for onboarding.
• Communicate complex issues with the offshore team and account managers.
• Prepare and lodge monthly and quarterly BAS.

Requirements

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with Xero and/or MYOB.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Australian bookkeeping and client interaction.
• Strong ownership and commitment to quality work.
• Willingness to engage actively in tasks.
• CA Certification preferred.
