Requirements

• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment preferred.
• Healthcare IT experience is required.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ preferred.
• Technical proficiency with ConnectWise and medical software.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to provide hands-on support and training.
