As a Content Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of quality-checked transcripts, enabling our research team to leverage them in the creation of comprehensive company profiles.

• Ensure fast-track transcripts are prioritized and completed on time.
• Optimize costs by balancing fast-track and regular transcript requests.
• Collaborate with the Content Team Associate to review transcripts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; focus on writing or management is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing projects or leading remote teams.
• Previous content writing, editing, or quality assurance experience.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues in content quality.
