Director, IT G&A Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The Director, IT G&A Business Partner will build strong partnerships across the G&A functions including Finance, HR, Legal, Sourcing and Corporate Communications. This role will understand the unique needs of departments to ensure that technology solutions align with business strategic goals. This role will serve as a trusted advisor, facilitating communication, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10-15 years in technology services.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with enterprise applications like ERP, HCM/HRIS, and ITSM.
• Experience in regulated environments, understanding IT governance.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and navigating uncertainty.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Effective strategic partner with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
