Dutch-speaking Country Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead Deblock's market entry and growth in Belgium and the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and/or marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in public relations, influencer partnerships, and localization.

In Short

• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
• 2-5 years experience in ops or marketing roles, preferably within fintech or technology sectors
• In-depth understanding of the Belgium and the Netherlands markets
• Ability to interpret market data and analytics
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven record of launching and scaling products in new markets
• Background in Management consulting or B2C growth
• Passionate for Web3, NFTs or/and DeFi
• Knowledge of current social media trends

Requirements

• Develop and execute strategies to successfully launch Deblock in Belgium and the Netherlands
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with PR agencies
• Source and negotiate partnerships with local influencers
• Adapt and contextualize our marketing materials to resonate with local cultures and regulatory environments
