Overview

Compugroup Médical is seeking a TechOps Support Engineer to ensure the proper functioning, reliability, and security of our hosted environments for online solutions. You will play a central role in technical supervision, customer support, and operational management of updates and environments.

In Short

  • Supervise and monitor hosted environments for performance and availability.
  • Conduct technical audits to assess compliance and improvement areas for client environments.
  • Respond to technical requests from clients related to hosted services.
  • Manage client deployments including contact, planning, and technical execution.
  • Ensure application and system updates.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation and internal procedures.
  • Work independently while being a team player with a customer service mindset.
  • Possess good writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare field or business software is a plus.
  • Flexible working hours available between 7 AM and 2 AM with a one-month notice for schedule changes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, especially VMware vSphere.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with precision.
  • Strong team spirit and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or business software is an advantage.
