Marketing Lead (Space Tech / Deep Tech) - Remote

At Dcubed, we build the deployable space hardware that powers the world’s most ambitious missions, ranging from small satellites in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) to technologies pushing toward the Moon, Mars, and beyond. Our patented shape-memory actuators and origami-inspired deployable structures are redefining "NewSpace" by making critical systems lighter, more reliable, and immediately available. We are looking for a Marketing Lead (Space Tech / Deep Tech) to build and own our marketing function. You won’t just be running campaigns. You’ll be the strategic partner to Sales and Engineering, translating complex deep-tech capabilities into a compelling Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy that resonates with space agencies, prime contractors, and satellite integrators globally.

In Short

• Define and refine our value proposition for distinct segments.
• Join sales calls, interview customers, and build genuine relationships.
• Equip our international sales team with pitch decks and one-pagers.
• Produce and oversee the production of high-quality technical content.
• Own the marketing pipeline end-to-end using HubSpot.
• Plan and execute our presence at major industry conferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in Deep Tech, Hardware, or Space Industry.
• Native English speaker.
• Comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution.
• Technical marketer with curiosity about our products.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-centric messaging.
• Ready to collaborate globally with teams in Germany and the US.
• Dependability is crucial.
