In Short

• Lead segments of management consulting projects and interact directly with clients.
• Prepare proposals and develop project methodologies, budgets, and schedules.
• Conduct business technology research and quantitative analyses.
• Ensure quality, budget, and timely delivery of project tasks.
• Supervise Analysts and Consultants on projects.
• Leverage technical expertise in consulting projects.
• Support development of client relationships and identify future engagement opportunities.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in management consulting.
• Experience with railway projects preferred.
• Degree (MBA, bachelor’s, or master’s) with demonstrated academic excellence.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for tackling challenges in mobility and railway transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Domestic/international travel may be required.
