Davis Technology Management is seeking mid-to-senior-level Software Engineers to join our team as full-time employees and work on long-term consulting or contract-to-hire engagements with our clients. These roles require expertise in either Java or Microsoft environments, with a strong emphasis on React for frontend development and Spring Boot and .Net for backend services.

In Short

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Java (Spring Boot) or C# (.NET Core).
Build and optimize React-based front-end applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support distributed systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Work within cloud environments (AWS/Azure) to deploy and manage applications efficiently.
Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups.

Requirements

5+ years of software development experience in either Java (Spring Boot) or C# (.NET Core).
Proficiency in React.js for front-end development.
Experience with microservices architecture and building scalable applications.
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
