Project Manager - LATAM - Remote

Overview

The DataXstream Delivery Manager leads the planning and delivery of our OMS+ suite of products for our customers and manages internal projects as needed. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes, direct experience with SAP implementations, and in-depth project management expertise for large-scale SAP ERP implementations.

In Short

• Drive the full lifecycle of OMS+ implementation projects from planning through go-live.
• Manage internal projects that support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with customers to define scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
• Lead project teams, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Act as the primary client contact, maintaining alignment and resolving issues proactively.
• Apply SAP SD knowledge to ensure design, configuration, and solution alignment.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and performance using tools like Jira and Tempo.
• Manage post go-live phases, including defect resolution and enhancement prioritization.
• Provide weekly internal status updates that highlight key accomplishments and risks.
• Track and report on key project budget metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of project delivery experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in delivering SAP-related enterprise software projects.
• In-depth knowledge of project management best practices for large-scale SAP ERP projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes.
• Strong project management capabilities: scope, budget, timeline, and resource control.
• Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira or comparable project tracking tools.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
