In Short

  • Proactively identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to qualify leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with AEs and the SDR Manager to optimize processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and target client segments.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in an outbound sales or SDR role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong desire to understand technical products and client use cases.
  • Experience in cold calling and emailing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
