Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in HR.
• Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of HR systems, like Workday.
