Senior Data Scientist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist with solid experience in data modeling and sales forecasting to collaborate with one of the largest global companies in the mass consumer goods sector in Brazil.

In Short

• Build sales baselines based on historical data and seasonality.
• Create predictive models (statistical or machine learning).
• Structure dashboards for data visualization.
• Generate and present actionable insights to the planning team.
• Present optimization proposals based on data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a data scientist or in related roles.
• Previous experience in sales forecasting projects.
• Solid knowledge in statistical modeling and predictive analysis.
• Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, SQL, and BI (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Desirable knowledge of sales methodologies in the FMCG segment.
• Analytical ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Availability for urgent project dedication.
• Fluency in written English.
