Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
• Strong experience with business and technical teams.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into analytics deliverables.
• Strong communication skills to influence and educate stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, and machine learning libraries.
• Strong data modeling experience and knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
• Experience integrating machine learning workflows into lakehouse environments.
