Technical Curriculum Developer - Azure and Cloud Platforms - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Curriculum Developer, you will join our Customer Education & Training team to deliver exceptional cloud engineering learning content to our customers, including the Datadog Learning Center, workshops, and certifications. You will work closely with both our engineering and product teams. You will be hands-on with the cloud technologies Datadog monitors. You have strong technical devops expertise with Azure and other cloud hosting platforms. You will create new labs and improve existing learning content for the ever-expanding solutions that we offer.

In Short

• Partner with Azure-focused engineering and product teams to produce engaging training courses and content.
• Collaborate to evaluate customer training requirements and create a roadmap.
• Create high-quality courses for self-paced or instructor-led training.
• Develop supplemental courseware, including workshops and hands-on labs.
• Maintain and improve technical systems for hands-on labs.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in technical curriculum development or devops.
• Hands-on experience in building learning content for SREs and devops professionals.
• Experience in training operations and improving learning tools.
• Ability to transform technical topics into engaging educational materials.
