Overview

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to play a key role in the continued growth and success of Datadog by finding exceptional talent for our Engineering in EMEA. We are organized in highly collaborative pods of full cycle recruiters, sourcers and coordinators. The Technical Sourcer will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop creative and tailored strategies to engage passive candidates. You will be the first point of contact for new candidates in the hiring process, playing a critical role in identifying great candidates and telling the Datadog story.

In Short

• Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipeline for complex, hard-to-fill or high volume positions.
• Map out the talent market and keep a pulse of talent flow.
• Amplify and champion referrals generation.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans.
• Use research to find hidden talent.
• Screen, prepare and coach candidates for interviews.
• Specialize in event/project management and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing.
• Strong communication skills and detail-oriented.
• Passionate about sourcing and outreach strategies.
• Able to work independently on multiple roles.
• Proven track record of engaging talent through direct prospecting.
• Creative, innovative, curious, and results-driven.
• Fluent in English.
