Manager I, Engineering - Metrics Timeseries - Remote

Overview

As an Engineering Manager on the Metrics Platform, you and your team will be responsible for the reliable scheduling and execution of queries that power Datadog’s most critical infrastructure monitoring features. Our platform ingests several hundreds of TB’s/day and performs hundreds of thousands of queries per second; scalability, accuracy and reliability are paramount.

Requirements

• Experience leading high-scale customer-facing services.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build high-performing teams.
• Track record of delivering high-quality software products on schedule.
• Experience with incident responses and driving remediation efforts.
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
