Director, Engineering - Visualizations - Remote

Overview

The Visualizations org at Datadog owns all data visualizations in the Datadog platform, which are a core part of Datadog's cloud observability offering. We are looking for a Director of Engineering to take this organization to the next level, who can bring strong technical leadership and data visualization expertise.

• Own the vision and delivery for the data visualizations across multiple product lines.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading the design and implementation of complex web applications.
• Experience managing teams of around 30.
• Deep understanding of developing data visualization platforms.
• Experience developing engineering leaders and teams.
• Ability to drive consensus and build solutions.
• Strong relationships with product owners and negotiation skills.
