• Lead and grow consulting services as a Project Engineer.
• Collaborate with customers to define project scopes and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project proposals including timelines and budgets.
• Execute consulting projects with technical analysis and system configuration.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for follow-up projects to deepen customer relationships.
• Drive business development efforts to grow services revenue.
• Provide feedback to improve software and service offerings.
• Mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• Proficiency in AFT products and experience solving industrial modeling challenges.
• 5+ years as a project engineer managing billable hours.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management software.
• Passionate about providing outstanding service.
