The Senior Consultant - SharePoint plays a key role as a professional services team member of our Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence, responsible for delivering solutions and support for customers.

In Short

• Design, build, and support SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for customers.
• Deliver a first-class experience for Intelligent Workplace services.
• Provide guidance and project delivery using best practices.
• Facilitate customer workshops and presentations.
• Lead Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Develop training materials and conduct training workshops.
• Follow best practice methodologies and ITIL processes.
• Provide governance and support for Microsoft 365 environments.
• Work in an agile environment responding to changing requirements.

Requirements

• Experience as a Microsoft 365 Consultant in ICT Professional Services.
• Proficient in designing and deploying SharePoint Online and MS Teams solutions.
• Experience in content migration to Microsoft 365.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to address complex business problems with M365 solutions.
• Experience in enterprise information architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Knowledge of collaboration services in M365.
• Experience developing PowerShell scripts.
