Overview

The Senior Consultant - SharePoint plays a key role as a professional services team member of our Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence, responsible for designing, building, and supporting solutions end to end for our customers.

In Short

• Design, build, and support Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for customers.
• Deliver a first-class experience for Intelligent Workplace services.
• Provide guidance and project delivery using best practices.
• Analyze business requirements and develop project documentation.
• Facilitate customer workshops and provide thought leadership.
• Lead Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Develop training materials and facilitate training workshops.
• Follow best practice methodologies and ITIL processes.
• Provide governance and support for Microsoft 365 environments.

Requirements

• Experience as a Microsoft 365 Consultant in an ICT Professional Services organization.
• Experience in designing and deploying SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams solutions.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to solve complex business problems with M365 solutions.
• Experience in developing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of core collaboration services in M365.
• Experience in developing PowerShell scripts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in enterprise information architecture.
