Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in creative roles.
• Track record of hiring across multiple departments.
• Familiarity with digital marketing or agency settings.
• Experience with ATS/HR tools, preferably Ashby.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.
