In Short

• Lead end-to-end management of Dandy’s Paid Search programs across Google and Bing.
• Build and manage campaigns across multiple countries and languages.
• Manage budgets and performance to growth targets.
• Develop a testing roadmap for ad copy and landing pages.
• Work cross-functionally with Campaign & Creative teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations for reporting and optimization.
• Improve lead quality and conversion rates with the Website team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a digital Paid Media role, with at least 4+ years of Paid Search experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Paid Search channels & strategy.
• Proven track record managing Paid Search campaigns internationally.
• A builder that loves to be hands-on.
• Performance marketing & analytical mindset.
• Experience in B2B or B2C high-growth tech company.
• Ability to problem solve autonomously.
• Overall track record of professional and academic success.
