In Short

• Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of core finance systems, focusing on NetSuite.
• Define and build scalable processes and methodologies for finance systems.
• Establish best practices for system configuration, data integrity, and user management.
• Manage technical resources for NetSuite development and integrations.
• Promote a data-driven culture within the Finance organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in finance systems.
• 5+ years of experience with core finance systems.
• Hands-on NetSuite configuration and administration experience.
• Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows.
• Experience in implementing or scaling finance systems.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Process-oriented and detail-oriented mindset.
