Overview

As a Contact Center Systems Analyst at DailyPay, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring systems that support contact center operations, overseeing the configuration and support of our Customer Support software stack, and collaborating with leadership to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of experience managing customer support software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Adaptable and flexible attitude
