Overview

The General Maintenance Technician at JLL is responsible for performing mechanical and electrical repairs, assisting in vehicle maintenance, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment.

• Perform small mechanical or electrical repairs as requested.
• Transport necessary parts, tools, and equipment to service locations.
• Assist in oil changes for various vehicles.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of parts and tools.
• Help mechanics in assembling and disassembling machines and engines.
• Wash parts and other components of disassembled engines and equipment.
• Source parts from stores and suppliers as needed.
• Collaborate in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Perform routine workshop tasks, including answering phone calls and receiving clients.

Requirements

• Completed elementary education.
• Brief experience in metalworking, welding, equipment assembly, structures, and mechanics.
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance.
