• Provide customer support for d-Matrix’s AI products & solutions.
• Perform system design reviews for data center applications.
• Work with OEM and ODM partners on system integration.
• Understand system design and datacenter infrastructure requirements.
• Conduct installation, configuration, and testing of server hardware.
• Create product specifications and technical collateral.
• 15+ years of experience in customer engineering and field support.
• Hands-on experience with x86 server deployment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in system design review.
• Professional-level interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Hands-on understanding of AI/ML infrastructure.
• Experience with Linux or Windows shell scripting, Python or Go.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with leading AI/ML frameworks and container orchestration platforms.
