DevOps Lead - Remote

Overview

This is a remote DevOps Lead role supporting client environments while residing in Florida. The role focuses on leading DevOps teams designing and implementing CI/CD and containerized solutions while partnering closely with client stakeholders.

• Lead a team of professionals in the DevOps environment.
• Design and implement DevOps practices across client platforms.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and manage containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Spin up, down, and scale virtual environments.
• Interface with client stakeholders and provide regular status reports.
• Partner with clients to build roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• At least 6+ years leading teams in a DevOps environment.
• Strong knowledge in CI/CD and containerization including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in spinning up, down, and scaling virtual environments.
• Experience leading teams and interfacing with client stakeholders.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Experience partnering with clients and building roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Good knowledge of scripting languages: Java, Perl, Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
