In Short

• Engage in cybersecurity incident recovery tasks.
• Collect forensic artifacts and images from affected systems.
• Perform basic triage of system configurations.
• Decrypt, verify, and validate encrypted data.
• Restore and recover impacted Windows & Linux servers.
• Create and deploy golden images using Acronis.
• Deploy and manage EDR/XDR products.
• Collaborate with team members for quality service.
• Lead small engagements as needed.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or system administration.
• Working knowledge of OSI Model and TCP/IP protocols.
• Experience with Windows Server management.
• Basic understanding of MS Exchange and MS SQL.
• Experience with Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of virtualization environments.
• Ability to set up VLANs in a networking environment.
• Understanding of next generation firewalls.
• Knowledge of storage technologies.
• Experience with backup and restore solutions.
