• Engage in cybersecurity incident recovery tasks.

• Perform triage of system configurations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or system administration.
• In-depth knowledge of the OSI Model and TCP/IP protocols.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Ability to troubleshoot MS Exchange and MS SQL servers.
• Expertise in virtualization environments.
• Experience with next-generation firewalls.
• Knowledge of storage technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of backup and restore solutions.
• Strong customer service and consulting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
