Requirements

• 5+ years in technical support or system administration.
• Knowledge of OSI Model and TCP/IP protocols.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux.
• Ability to troubleshoot MS Exchange and SQL servers.
• Experience with virtualization environments.
• Understanding of next-generation firewalls.
• Expertise in storage technologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise backup solutions.
