Organizational Change Manager - Microsoft Services Consulting - Remote

Overview

Cyclotron is looking for an Organizational Change Manager within our Employee Experience practice to help our clients successfully navigate change. The Change Leadership specialist will be responsible for the project-level change leadership plans and outcomes that maximize employee adoption and usage for our clients’ strategic initiatives.

In Short

• Working with multiple clients on change management strategies
• Conduct change impact assessments and summarize results
• Develop change leadership strategies
• Develop stakeholder engagement / communication plans
• Develop communications per established plan, as needed
• Develop training content including user guides, job aids, videos, or other support resources, as applicable
• Facilitate Instructor-Led Training sessions
• Work closely with your client partner(s) to execute change leadership plans
• Establish and maintain a change network, if applicable

Requirements

• 1 – 5 years leading change efforts by developing effective change leadership plans
• IT / Microsoft experience
• Power Point design skills
• Executive level presentation skills
• Experience developing and implementing solid change plans
• Ability to interact with project team members and gain alignment on change activities
• Clear communication skills – both written and verbal
• High quality presentation skills
• Organized with a natural inclination for planning and execution
• Experience with a variety of technical change efforts
