The Accounting Manager role is a high-ownership position for an accounting professional looking to take on broader responsibilities quickly and help build a scalable finance foundation.

In Short

• Own day-to-day accounting operations including AR/AP and month-end close.
• Operate subscription accounting workflows in Maxio and QuickBooks Online.
• Lead the implementation of Ramp for expense management and AP.
• Improve process discipline and system integrity.
• Produce reliable monthly reporting packages.
• Coordinate with external partners for audits.
• Work closely with leadership on financial data integrity.
• Document workflows to support audit readiness.
• Support operational execution during peak seasonality.
• Build scalable policies for expense management.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with SaaS businesses.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with Maxio for billing workflows.
• Strong operational accounting capability.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
