We are looking for a HubSpot Consultant & Marketing Automation Specialist to help our clients optimize and automate their marketing and sales processes.

In Short

• Consulting & Strategy: Analyze client requirements and develop tailored HubSpot and marketing automation strategies.
• HubSpot Implementation & Configuration: Set up and optimize HubSpot for various clients.
• Marketing Automation: Develop and implement automated workflows and email campaigns.
• CRM Optimization: Support the implementation and maintenance of HubSpot CRM.
• Analysis & Optimization: Measure campaign success and continuously optimize processes.
• Training & Support: Conduct workshops for clients to maximize HubSpot usage.
• Knowledge Development: Continuously enhance knowledge of HubSpot to integrate new tools into projects.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a HubSpot Consultant or similar role.
• Experience in consulting and implementing HubSpot.
• Strong knowledge in marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Technical understanding of APIs and data management is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in client consulting.
• Experience with inbound marketing and sales processes.
• Team-oriented and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
• Willingness for continuous learning and HubSpot knowledge enhancement.
• Very good German (minimum C1) and good English skills.
