In Short

• Responsible for financial analysis of the Dental business related to DLR compliance reporting.
• Collaborate across the organization to understand the financial impact of compliance requirements.
• Support regulatory filings with accurate financial analysis.
• Create and document standard operating procedures.
• Participate on projects as a business unit financial representative.
• Act as a trusted finance partner with accountability for budgets.
• Engage in the complete financial close by documenting variances.
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting roles.
• Knowledge of GL and STAT reporting tools is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel functions.
• Ability to effectively present and communicate results.
• Knowledge of financial reporting tools (Hyperion/SmartView/S4) is helpful.
• Experience in dental, vision, or supplemental health products is preferred.
