• Architect and maintain critical infrastructure for Customer.io.
• Strategically plan and implement infrastructure growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
• Experience with relational database systems, particularly MySQL.
• Experience managing distributed applications on cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to build cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Deep knowledge of UNIX environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Proactive identification and resolution of production issues.
